    Our turnaround time is one week from the time you place your order.

    Tiramisu can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 6 months. To enjoy the best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming it within these time frames.
  • Does the tiramisu require refrigeration?

    Yes, our tiramisu requires refrigeration to maintain its freshness and quality. Keep it chilled until you are ready to serve.
  • Do you offer other desserts?

    We only specialize in tiramisu. Our focus on this classic dessert allows us to perfect our recipes and provide the highest quality.
  • Does the tiramisu come in different flavors?

    At this time, we only offer our traditional flavored tiramisu for catering and events.

    Tiramisu is best enjoyed within 5 days if refrigerated and up to 6 months if frozen. Be sure to store it properly to maintain its quality.

    Tiramisu for events is served in individual containers, allowing guests to enjoy it directly from the dish. Tiramisu is best served chilled. Simply thaw if frozen, or enjoy directly from the refrigerator.
  • Will you come and serve at my event?

    No, the tiramisu will be provided in individual servings. However, if you need plated tiramisu, please mention this in your submission, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Do you offer nationwide shipping for events?

    At the moment, we do not offer nationwide shipping. We currently focus on local delivery and catering within Minnesota.
  • Can I use my own containers?

    Of course! We're happy to accommodate your needs and use your provided containers for your event.

Located in Northeast Minneapolis, we handcraft all of our tiramisu for private events, and all 11 Kowalski's locations around the Twin Cities.
